Sleep is part of revision
An all-nighter can feel brave and still wreck the paper. If sleep has gone for several nights, that is a welfare issue, not a personality.
Step back from the socials
Missing a party in exam week is allowed. Tell a friend once, then leave the chat on mute. ACS will not treat that as disappearing.
One small next step
If the whole degree feels impossible, pick the next hour. A check-in can help you name that hour. It will not write the essay.
