Visa questions go to the Home Office, not the group chat.

ACS can walk with you to the right page. We cannot tell you whether you are allowed to stay.

Before your permission ends

Look up the end date on your eVisa. If you need to stay longer for your course, the Home Office says you must apply before your current visa expires. Do not wait for the week it runs out.

Email Swansea University VISA Advice with your name, student number, and what is changing. They are the University’s immigration specialists.

Do not overstay

Staying after your visa or permission ends is not a small admin slip. It can affect study, work, and whether you can return to the UK. ACS will not guess the outcome, and neither should a friend.

If you think the date has already passed, contact VISA Advice the same day and read the official pages. You can still ask ACS for a welfare check-in so you are not carrying the worry alone.
